When Sara Ives, artistic director of the Downtown Dance Conservatory in Las Vegas, approached us with her story and the needs of local dancers in her area, we knew we had to help. Dance unites us, and we believe in giving back to the community for the greater good of dancers and beyond. Over the years, Discount Dance has proudly supported many organizations who we feel align with our mission. Downtown Dance Conservatory is a great example: "I'm not sure how to express my gratitude. When I was a teen living in Puerto Rico, we didn't have access to dance clothes, pointe shoes, etc. Discount Dance opened a door of opportunity where I was able to order the same quality dance gear as anyone in the states could. I have been a client of yours ever since, and now, as a dance studio owner, my goal has been to provide similar opportunities to those who otherwise wouldn't have them. All of the amazing dancewear goods you've donated have gone to each student in the program, as well as local churches, schools and other groups in our area. We are beyond humbled to have this donation. The same company who was able to open doors for me is now opening doors for a whole community! I cannot thank you enough.
